Hijrah Ride (Jan 2025)

(1446AH) Hijrah Ride from Makkah to Madinah (Saudi Arabia) with Aid For Mankind UK.

The challenge is to cycle 300 miles over 3 days in aid of the orphans of Palestine. All riders have been challenged to raise a minimum of £3,000 with a group target of £100,000.  No donation is being used to fund this ride.

The Prophet (saw) said, ‘The one who cares for an orphan and myself will be together in Paradise like this’, and he (saw) held his two fingers together to illustrate. [Bukhari]

Hijrah Ride 2025 Charity Bike Ride – an esteemed endeavour dedicated to fundraising for the Orphans and families of Palestine (Gaza). This cycling event stands as a testament to unity, compassion, and the collective effort to support those in need.

As participants embark on this charitable journey, they will experience not only the spiritual completion of Umrah, the thrill of cycling but also the gratification of contributing to a noble cause. Orphans in Palestine are incredibly vulnerable, living in poverty and uncertainty. Years of conflict, blockades and oppression have stolen their childhoods, exposing these children to the burdens of grief and heartache at a young age. Losing a parent is difficult for anyone, but these poor orphans in Palestine are left to deal with the death of their parents as well as the destruction of their homes.

We will provide support to orphans in Palestine and their families in the form of monetary assistance and materials. We will ensure families receive the support and to provide good food, clothing healthcare and shelter.

Our vision is providing basic needs for Orphans, particularly in Poverty, displacement and conflict which has left countless children vulnerable.
