Core Team & Support

• The Group and Rider leader will be your key point of contact not only for the ride but for the duration of the time we are in Saudi Arabia

• Your main point of contact for any issues with for example flights, hotels or any general query outside the ride you will need to contact your group leader before approaching any of the core team

• Any issues arise throughout the ride, the ride leader will stop the ride.

• The ride leaders will have 2 support riders they will assist the main ride leader in conveying the instructions to keeping the group safe.

• The group must follow orders of the ride leader to have a safe and pleasurable ride.

The ride leader's primary responsibility is to oversee and ensure the safety, cohesion, and guidance of the cycling group during the event. This includes directing the route, communicating instructions, identifying and alerting the group to potential hazards, maintaining group etiquette and safety protocols, managing emergency procedures if necessary, and fostering a supportive and unified atmosphere among participants. Their role is pivotal in creating a safe and enjoyable cycling experience for all involved.
