Plan Summary

Day 1 – Thursday 9th January

• You are responsible to make your way to Manchester Airport with your Bike Box. (Batley and

Dewsbury being arranged)

• Arrive at Manchester Airport T2 for around 9am. This will give us enough time to check in Bike Box

and luggage and avoid undue delay.

• Its likely Bike Box will be checked in from a different location to the luggage.

• 13:30 Flight Departure

(Recommend wearing Ihram from Cairo ensure this is in your hand luggage)

Day 2 – Friday 10th January

• Arrive Jeddah 02:30

• Any Sims to be bought on coach or in Makkah. Due to time restraints; we will not be waiting at the

airport (you will need Riyals in advance if wanting to buy on coach we will have a rep who will be

able to set you up om a sim)

• Coach will pick us up from Airport and drop us off to Vocco Hotel at around 4am. (Wont be able to

check in until 4pm) Drop bike box and luggage at Vocco.

• Breakfast either Vocco Hotel or on way to hotel (Breakfast at Vocco prior to check in TBC)

• Perform Umrah ideally before Jumma or after. Need to leave Vocco 6:30 am to ensure we get into

Mataf area (gates will be closed if any later).

• Perform Jumma Namaz

• Check in 4pm Vocco

• Bike box probably take to room along with luggage or will see if we can arrange something with Hotel

Please note: This will be a long day so get plenty of rest on plane

Day 3 – Saturday 11th January

• Free to do what you like

• Private Ziyarat for those wanting one. Will need to request (will be at a cost)

Day 4 – Sunday 12th January

• Set up Bike in Vocco car park in morning (TBC).

• IMPORTANT: Large Suitcase and empty Bike box to be sent to Jayden Madinah on the 13th January,

therefore ensure any items you need for the ride are kept in Cabin Luggage (travel light). Keep your

shoe bag (Day Bag) for easy access to items when riding e.g. Medicine, Energy bars etc

• Free to do what you like after assembling bikes and ensuring your large luggage and bike box is

loaded and ready for the drop off to Jayden.

• Ensure your cabin luggage has all the things you need for the ride

Day 5 – Monday 13th January (RIDE)

Following is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated closer to the time

• Around 12:00am – 1:30am we will need to be ready to go to haram to take photos (time to be

confirmed closer to the time).

• Cabin luggage to be in your support van by either 1:00 - 2:00am (time to be confirmed close to

the time). Make any final adjustments to your bike

• Set off time 2:30am before Fajar

• Ride from Makkah to King Abdullah Economic City (stops will be around every 25 miles)

• Will miss breakfast at Vocco so will need to get something on route

• Pray Fajar on route

• Lunch provided

• Complete ride around Zohar

• Meal in King Abdullah Economic City (provided by Aid for Mankind). Riders will have option to

either bring food into apartment or eat out.

Day 6 – Tuesday 14th January (RIDE)

Following is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated closer to the time

• Self-catering breakfast

• Set off time 4:00am after Fajar but subject to change

• Ride from King Abdullah City to Badr (stops will be around every 25 miles)

• Lunch provided

• On route short stop at Badr for a quick Group Photo

• Complete ride around Zohar

• Ziyarat of Badr after Zohar

• Meal in Badr either eat out or eat in (provided by Aid for Mankind).

Day 7 – Wednesday 15th January (RIDE)

Following is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated closer to the time

• Self-Catering Breakfast

• Set off time 4:00am after Fajar but subject to change

• Ride from to Badr to Madina (stops will be around every 25 miles)

• Lunch provided

• Complete ride around Zohar

• Check in to Jayden Hotel (4pm check in)

• Award Ceremony after Asar at Jayden Hotel

• Meal from Aid Of Mankind venue TBC.

Day 8 – Thursday 16th January

• Bike to be packed back in bike box in morning or possibly day before if hotel allows (could use bikes

for Ziyarat so this might change)

• Free to do what you like

Day 9 – Friday 17th January

• Free to do what you like

Day 10 – Saturday 18th January

• Free to do what you like

• Hijrah Ziyarat morning (time to be confirmed)

• Ensure everything is packed including bike box for checking out next day

Day 11 – Sunday 19th January

• Pick up from Jayden 12am (TBC)

• Arrive Airport 1am Madina Airport (early to ensure Bike Boxes are checked in including luggage in

good time)

• Collect Zam Zam water from Airport (Around £5 for Zam Zam)

• Departure 5:20am

• Arrive in Manchester Airport 12:30pm

• Riders to make there own way home
